This is an estimate of the early termination fee under the standard NSW residential tenancy agreement for fixed-term leases starting on or after 23 March 2020. It doesn't include rent owed up to your vacate date, and doesn't apply to periodic (month-to-month) leases or agreements from before 23 March 2020, which are assessed on the landlord's actual reasonable costs instead.
